"Musician" room
Room of 16 m2 able to accommodate a musical instrument, equipped with a single bed, a desk, a shelve, a chair, a refrigerator and a sink.

Wifi
Wifi is available in all rooms and common area.
Fourniture
The rooms are furnished, equipped with a sink and a small fridge.
Important
Remark, the deposit is not a guaranty. It is cashed and returned within 15 days of your departure and the handing over of the keys, minus any damage noted during the inventory. It can not be used as payment of the last fee or a negative balance.
In case of cancellation:
– 15 days before the expected date of arrival: the deposit is kept in full.
+ 15 days before the expected date of arrival: the deposit is returned -45 € fee termination.
